"Grove Crescent is a small, quiet crescent of houses built in the 1950s, within a popular residential area of the town, just a short walk away from local shops located at the end of the road.

This semi detached family house offers spacious, well proportioned accommodation though it is rather dated internally and would now benefit from modernisation to the fixtures, in particular the kitchen and bathroom.
Some updating to the electrical wiring is present and a gas fired combination boiler has been installed in recent years. Improvements have also been made to the windows and doors, with double glazed UPVC units replacing the original items.

The reception hallway on the ground floor leads to a spacious sitting room at the front of the property, and there is a separate dining room at the rear of the house with parquet flooring and direct access into the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a basic range of cupboards and is also at the rear of the house with a door to the garden, giving scope to knock through to the dining room to create a large open plan room. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate W.C.

The rear garden extends the width of the property and behind the single garage which is attached to the right hand side of the house. There is parking directly in front of the garage for one car.

Local bus routes to Kingston, Walton, Weybridge and St Peters Hospital, Chertsey are located at the end of the road by the shops, whilst Hersham and Walton railway stations are 1.4 and 1.5 miles away respectively. The town centre is 0.7 mile and offers a comprehensive range of shopping, restaurants and an Everyman Cinema. There are two primary schools within walking distance, each with a 2017 OFSTED rating of Good."
