Located down a great road, it is just a short walk away from the town centre and within effortless commuting distance to central London. The property boast some charming features including an ornate feature fireplace in the dining room as well as a beautiful kitchen with lovely "Butler" sink. There is also a separate lounge should you need to get away from it all and appreciate the warmth and glow from the living flame gas fire. Upstairs, the bathroom not only has a walk in shower as well as a bath but the wc is separate meaning you need not get disturbed when you go for that long relaxing soak! We first bought this house as we fell in love with the size it had to offer. To be so close to town and have all this room was just a dream come true. In particular, the kitchen really grabbed us. Although we have the dining room, we always wanted to have a kitchen big enough to eat in and with this house we knew that we could make that happen. The sunny garden was also a major selling point for us as were the amazing schools of Wallington which our children went to. Over the years we have made this house our home but now that the kids have all grown up, it is now time for us to down-size to something smaller.
