"Great location! Great size! Great schools! Just three of the reasons why the current owners purchased this house 20 years ago and after one viewing it's easy to see why they fell in love with this beautiful home. It has four double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There are also three reception rooms - making it a fantastic home to entertain in as well. Over the years, the current owners have re-decorated regularly and have spent a lot of time and effort landscaping the garden, including a new patio area. They enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon and have had many family barbeques out there. It is also exceptionally private. This home has many charming features including open fires in the dining room and lounge taking the chill of those winter nights!
The owners have also retained the original internal doors and there is also a cellar for those wine connosseurs. Wallingon Girls is just 0.2 miles away, and there are many other excellent schools within close vicinity. Wallington train station is only 0.6 miles away with direct links to London making that early morning commute not so necessarily early.

We fell in love with this house 20 years ago as we loved the fact that it was in such a well thought of area and close to the exceptional schools in Wallington. Having 3 girls, we also wanted to make sure they didn't fight over who got the biggest room so the fact that we had 4 double bedrooms was a major plus for us. For years we have commuted to central London. The fact that Wallington train station is just down the road has made it exceptionally easy for us to do so. We have really loved living here, if it wasn't for the fact that the girls are now all grown up and have moved out then we honestly wouldn't want to move. It is now time for someone else to benefit from our large home.
