"TRULY STUNNING! If you want a beautiful charming home with bags of character and stunning features then this is the house for you! With ornate feature fireplaces and hard wood flooring in both the lounge and separate dining room, a modern stylish kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer and 5 ring gas hob, a luxury bathroom including walk in shower and gorgeous roll top bath and two great double bedrooms. The current owners have also had the loft mostly boarded and installed a pull down ladder. The garden is of a good size and gets the sun all day. They have had many summer barbeques out there and have also built the brick shed and had the other shed erected which are great for storage. They also had new fences put up and had the garden laid to lawn. The fact that Wallington station is just a short stroll from here makes it easy to commute to central London too, something they have done for years. Since having their second child, it is now time for them to move on to a house with a third bedroom but they have cherished the years they have spent here. A well cared for, well located, impeccable home that needs to be viewed early!

We bought this house 7 years ago as we wanted to live down Melbourne Road due to the proximity to the station. We have always worked in central London so we wanted somewhere that was easily commutable but with period features also so when the agent called us about this house we snapped it up. Over the years we have brought the property into the modern age but kept the character and charm in the process. The garden was also a major selling point for us as it is south facing meaning we get the sun all day. We have great neighbours too and wish we could take them with us! We have been truly happy here and hope the new owners will love our home as much as we have.
