Step into your bright entrance hall where you will see great storage space and access to the loft space. What the Owner says:

What has surprised me the most about living here is how exceptionally quiet the area is and how lovely the neighbours are. There is a real community feel and everyone really cares about their own homes. Occasionally we all get together for the odd knees up too! It has been good having a flat large enough to accommodate friends and family. We once had 24 people in our lounge for a party and there was plenty of space and no complaints from the neighbours either!
This flat is superb for getting into London as well. After a night out in London, even after the tubes have shut, there is always a train to Purley and a £5 cab journey to get me home. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and I know the new owners will too.
