"Let me tell you about this pretty "tardis" that captured the heart of the current owner over 26 years ago! The dining room also boasts feature beams & the concertina glazed doors perfectly reveal the 3rd reception which the owner has always used as her "family room". Having been extended to almost 32 ft long, it's easy to seat the kids around the breakfast bar before they dash off to school. I bought this property over 26 years ago now & I can remember it like it was yesterday. "Unpredictable" is the best word I can use to illustrate how it felt walking round! The character was & still is remarkable. It was just a 3 bedroom bungalow back then & it was easy to visualise how it could be changed. I've added 2 extra bedrooms, a shower room, a bigger kitchen, an extra 3rd reception & had the garage knocked down & a bigger one re-built! I even had the staircase moved & a brand new one put in! Over the years, the property has effectively doubled in size & is now an impressive, adaptable, deceptive "tardis!" It was essential for us to keep the frontage the same & maintain the sense of character so that the outlook is still as pretty as it was back then!
