"This is a truly exquisite Edwardian property! First impressions count, and as you walk through the attractive front door you're greeted by a fabulous and bright entrance hallway with solid oak flooring, typical high elevations and a lovely feature staircase. The solid oak flooring runs throughout the ground floor and in to a good size front sitting room which has a lovely bay window, picture rail and cornicing. The well appointed rear sitting room has a wonderful feature fireplace and almost floor to ceiling windows with double doors that let in an abundance of natural light and open up on to the patio and South facing garden.

The impressive double aspect kitchen / breakfast room also has double doors that open up on to and overlook the private rear garden. The kitchen area has a granite surface and a wonderful range of fitted Miele appliances including five burner gas hob with extractor fan, double oven at kitchen surface height, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. A separate utility area leads off the kitchen which contains the boiler and hot water tank as well as space for a washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage built in under the staircase and the ground floor also has a cloakroom off the hallway.
