"Although in need of general modernisation throughout, this wonderful home offers well balanced and well proportioned family accommodation and is an excellent opportunity to scope and mold your perfect home STPP.

All the principal downstairs reception rooms lead off the good sized hallway. The spacious sitting room is light, bright and airy as it is double aspect and extends into a bay and overlooking the pretty front garden, is a wonderful room in which to relax. The nice sized dining room is also double aspect and overlooks the West facing rear garden, which can be accessed via double glazed sliding patio doors.

The kitchen has a range of fitted units and work surfaces and there is space for a cooker and a fridge and there is a glazed door to side access. There is a large separate cloakroom / utility room, which has a window and there are fitted units to incorporate a sink and space and plumbing for a washing machine.
