"This fabulous home is exquisitely presented throughout to a clean, crisp and chic finish and is ready to move straight into. You enter via a good sized hallway, which has lovely wood flooring and there is a double glazed sash window to the side giving extra natural light. Double doors lead to a gorgeous sitting room, which has wood flooring and extends into a pretty bay window with a front aspect and beautifully decorated throughout, this is a wonderful room in which to relax. From the hallway a further door leads to a fabulous kitchen / breakfast / family room, which has a tiled floor throughout and are open plan to each other, but split into two well defined areas. The good sized kitchen has an excellent range of fitted units with granite work surfaces to include a breakfast bar and appliances include; a microwave and a dishwasher and there is space for a Smeg range style double oven with a six ring gas hob and extractor hood above and an American style fridge freezer.
