"Beautifully presented and decorated in neutral colours to a light and bright feel, this wonderful character three bedroom family home has been lovingly cared for by its present owners.

You enter via a side door into a lovely kitchen breakfast room which has a tiled floor and a wooden sash window and an excellent range of fitted units and work surfaces. Fitted appliances include an oven, a four ring gas hob with extractor hood above, a dishwasher and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine, space for a tall freestanding fridge freezer and space for a table and chairs.

The fabulous front reception room extends into a bay and wonderful character features include a feature brick wall, a gorgeous wood burner, wooden casement windows and a wooden floor, making this a wonderful room in which to relax.

The spacious rear reception also has a wooden floor and overlooks the wonderful rear garden, which can be accessed by double glazed sliding patio doors. There is also a cloakroom which has a tiled floor and a window and consists of a white WC and a wash hand basin.

The well appointed staircase leads to the first floor landing, where you will find three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
