"Set within a sought after residential location, this stunning three/four bedroom town house is offered onto the market, in our opinion, in excellent condition throughout.

As you enter into the hallway there is a 15' reception room/fourth bedroom, on the right there is a wet room and to the rear there is a well appointed kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom and living room in excess of 16' which overlooks playing fields. On the second floor the master bedrooms has the benefit of an en-suite shower room with a further bedroom being double in size and family bathroom. On the outside there is a private garden which is laid to lawn and at the front two parking spaces.

Nash Close is well situated for all of Sutton's local amenities including a vast array of bars, restaurants and shops with Sutton Station providing good links into the City and beyond.

What the Owner says:

We moved to the house around 6 years ago and was initially attracted to the property because of the excellent local schools which continue to impress us until today. The house was spacious and light with big windows and offered excellent space with good sized bedrooms for our family.
Another major factor for us was that it was also so well located for Sutton, we love that fact that the property is in a cul-de-sac and the children can go out and play without the worry of traffic. We also have enjoyed have off street parking. Are home will be sadly missed.
