"This ground floor maisonette is located in cul de sac between Stoncot Hill and North Cheam high streets . The area is well known for its excellent local schools in the Park Farm area with Cheam Park infants,Junior school and Cheam High school to mention a few. Within 0.3 miles is the 93 bus routes which will take through to Morden Northern line underground station and then onto Wimbledon and Putney high streets. As you enter the property to the right hand side is the wet room and kitchen and to the left are the two double bedrooms. Directly in front of you is a reception room which has direct access onto your own rear garden. The garage is located in a block and there is parking in the road itself but on a first come first served basis.
