We purchased the property a few years ago because it was just so well located and offered great transport links via Sutton station a short walk away. We also love the fact that the property was a conversion, there being so many purpose built flats in Sutton and offered something different and with the added benefit of a second bedroom which we wanted as an office and your own private garden, it offered so much space and such versatile accommodation that we had to have it.

We will miss the flat hugely, I wouldn't even want to move if we didn't need to move for job reasons.
