"Upon entering the reception hall, a lobby gives access to a cloakroom and utility room that leads through to the integral double garage. The kitchen forms the hub of the home, fitted in a traditional style to include a central island plenty of worktop space and a range of storage units. There is a large pantry that houses the dishwasher. The dining room is a double aspect room with a large gas fire and French doors opening onto the garden. The spacious living room has French doors leading out to the garden and a large log burning stove which creates a focal point and is ideal on those chilly winter evenings. Completing the ground floor is a study with arched windows and matching doors opening onto the front terrace. This room would also make a suitable ground floor bedroom. To the first floor are three further bedrooms, the principal being a delightful room with a semi vaulted ceiling, retaining its arched doors opening onto a balcony and a cast iron fireplace. A lobby gives access to a walk in wardrobe and a period style en suite with a large walk in shower. Shepperton railway station is 2.2 miles with commuter services to London Waterloo. There are further shopping and leisure amenities available within the neighbouring towns of Weybridge, Sunbury and Walton on Thames. The area is well serviced with many fine educational and recreational facilities including the renowned Halliford School. Access to the motorway networks and major airports can be found via the M3 and M25.
