"A very special & versatile detached riverside home forming one of three properties within this attractive private courtyard in the heart of Old Shepperton, moments from the picturesque and historic Church Square.

DETAILS Creekside is a versatile & well-proportioned 5 bedroom detached home with the added benefit of a ground floor annexe. The large reception hall with its stripped wood floor, turning staircase and galleried landing, creates a striking and welcoming first impression. The two principal interconnecting reception rooms are on the first floor, affording panoramic southerly views over the river and countryside beyond with access onto a good-sized balcony.

The kitchen is a good size L-shaped room with a large picture window overlooking the river and a door opening into the double-glazed conservatory. Attractively fitted with a range of solid natural Alder units with contrasting work surfaces over, inset double bowl sink unit with mixer tap, gas hob with a retractable cooker hood over and electric double oven to the side. The dishwasher, fridge and freezer are integrated and in addition there is a useful walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. Adjoining is a breakfast room and utility room that is currently being used as a study and a serving hatch opens into the separate formal dining room with its open fireplace and patio doors opening onto the covered patio and riverside garden.

The annex is an integral part of the house, currently being used as additional reception accommodation but could easily be separated off to form a self contained unit if required. It is accessed off the reception hall into a small lobby that leads to a front aspect double bedroom, modern bathroom fitted with a 3 piece white suite and a separate double aspect sitting room that formally had a kitchenette to one end (could be reinstated if required) and opens into a small conservatory that has a door to the side passage and overlooks the riverside garden."
