"This very comfortable and attractively decorated home has been extended to provide a separate dining area and a large kitchen/breakfast room. Numerous other improvements have been made including the re-fitment of the kitchen and bathroom, the installation of sealed unit double glazing and a modern gas central heating system. The double aspect kitchen has an excellent range of white high gloss fronted units inset with a stainless steel gas hob, cooker hood over and a separate double oven. Provision has been made for a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. To one end is a breakfast bar and there is also ample space for a breakfast table. The dining area has French doors opening onto the garden and the living room retains its open brick fireplace that is lovely to curl up in front of on those chilly winters evenings.
