"The property has in recent years been completely refurbished to an excellent standard throughout and offers generous accommodation. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been finished to an exceptional standard and both enjoy under floor heating. The bathroom has a four piece suite and a heated towel rail whilst the kitchen is fully integrated with a Siemens ceramic hob and oven, fitted dishwasher, waste disposal and a breakfast bar area. There are three spacious bedrooms whilst the lounge enjoys views over the garden. There is also an external laundry room with plumbing for a washing machine, tumble dryer and also the megaflo system. The loft is boarded, has electricity and a fitted fold down loft ladder. There is cabling in each room for an alarm system to be fitted. There is potential to extend the property STPP.

Situation
There is a parade of local shops at the end of Watersplash Road within half a mile. Shepperton village centre is within 1 mile and offers local shops and a mainline railway station. The river is also a major feature of Shepperton, giving delightful walks and a selection of pubs and restaurants nearby in the old part of the village. The main towns of Walton-on-Thames and Weybridge offer a wide selection of shops and superstores, bars and restaurants, along with golf and leisure facilities.
