"This contemporary home has lots to offer the modern family, with superb open plan living space to enjoy, it works well for everyone. Safely tucked away at the end of a private, gated development, only minutes from the town and station, the property has a good deal of seclusion, especially to the garden at the rear. The real wow factor comes with the fantastic open plan space, combining the kitchen, dining and garden room, which spans the back of the property and opens up onto the garden. The space is the hub of the home - whether eating dinner, doing homework, reading the Sunday papers or entertaining family and friends, this is where the family spend most of their time. Upstairs the master bedroom is a haven to retire to, with a large en-suite bathroom and plenty of fitted wardrobes. On this floor there are two more double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom. At the top of the house there are two further double bedrooms both of which are very generous in size. The current owners have chosen to use one as a playroom for the children to provide them with their own space which works well, especially when they have friends over. As an added luxury, this home also has a garage and driveway parking for 2 cars which in such a central location is often hard to find.

What the Owner says:

When we first bought the house our 2 boys were quite young and we loved the fact that being in a gated community felt safe and secure and they were able to play outside with no passing traffic. As the house is at the end of the cul-de-sac it is also nice and quiet, and to find this so close to the town was a real bonus. Our favourite room in the house has to be the garden room, it has adapted over the years as our needs have changed, whether as a conservatory, dining room or perfect space for parties we have really made full use of it. We also love the outlook to the rear of the house as we are not really overlooked from behind and again this is something we struggled to find and yet still be in such a central location.
