"This substantial detached property that is situated on a private road North of Reigate in a quiet and secluded location with far reaching views over Reigate Hill. The property has great access to the town centre and main line stations including Redhill and offers substantial, contemporary modern living space.

The living accommodation is set over two floors comprising five bedrooms, three with en-suite facilities, there is a superb family/dining room which gives access to the kitchen. The kitchen has been recently refitted with integral appliances; which have been doubled up in several instances for convenience. The specification is of a very high standard with glass splashbacks, readily available boiling water and integrated wine cooler. Double doors open from a large reception hall to the main sitting room which has a central fire place and doors taking you out to the fantastic rear garden with its heated swimming pool, there is a separate family bathroom, additional cloakroom and garage.
