"Dating back to the 1860s, this period property was once a lodge house and today remains a distinguished presence on Gatton Road. Behind its magnificent stone facade a well-presented interior offers views of the countryside and gardens, while the idyllic gardens have plenty of charm and character. The peaceful location on a private road is within easy reach of both Reigate and Redhill and has the added benefit of Reigate mainline train station just 1 mile away.

Generously proportioned two double aspect reception rooms offer versatile space in which to relax and entertain. An elegant sitting room looks out over the gardens from a trio of tall sash windows, and tasteful fitted cabinets sit within the chimney breast alcoves. Its working marble fireplace adds a wonderful focal point. Equally well-presented, the adjacent dining room features an electric log burner beneath a timber mantelpiece and opens onto a light and bright kitchen that has a breakfast bar and space for a range of freestanding appliances along. A utility room with a WC completes the ground floor.

On the first floor two double bedrooms offer flexible family accommodation, including a principal bedroom with lovely views of the surrounding greenery. Both rooms share the family bathroom.
