"This wonderfully spacious ground floor maisonette is formed from this substantial 1930 s build property close to Reigate High Street. The rooms are generously proportioned and tastefully decorated throughout.

The living room is sizeable, with a stunning brick built fireplace and panelled shelf above. The room is filled with light through the bay window and it makes a perfect entertaining space for friends and family.

The kitchen is a social size and is well fitted with light wooden cupboards and black worktops and a four-ring gas hob cooker. There is space for a small dining table by the window which overlooks the rear garden. This is a delightful courtyard garden which has an abundance of space for socialising and seating, so you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer months and a hot chocolate in the winter months whilst star gazing in the evenings!

The two bedrooms are doubles, the master has a beautiful fireplace, set with emerald green tiles and a built-in wardrobe and the other is ideal for guests, children or a home office.

There is one family bathroom, a utility room, a pantry off the kitchen and storage.

All in all, this is a well presented home in a fantastic location close to the vibrant shops, cafes and restaurants of Church and Bell Street. Reigate Priory Park is the perfect place to go for a walk around the lake, taking the children to the park or picnics in the summer, along with an Everyman cinema for all the latest films and fantastic schools.

Having your own private front door which leads into a fabulous rustic but contemporary ground floor maisonette. With a private front and rear garden this maisonette won't stick around for long.' 'One of our favourite things about this maisonette is waking up in the master bedroom to views over the garden. A stunning outlook, and one that is extremely private. We currently use the second bedroom for our child, but this has been ideal as a spare room and office in the past! The location is perfect as we like to stroll into Reigate most weekends to do some shopping, enjoy nights out and spend days in the Priory Park.'"
