"This beautifully appointed family home is situated on the fringes of Wray Common and moments from Reigate town centre. This home is set back from the road and secluded by hedgerow, with a drive way to the front with parking for several vehicles as well as a double garage with electronic door and access straight into the house.
This home has been fully renovated and redesigned by the current owners with family in mind, the end result is a bright, spacious and incredibly functional family home. There are clear and defined rooms including a formal lounge, kitchen breakfast room, study, family room and without doubt one of the main features is the orangery which stretches around two sides of the house. What strikes you is a feeling of space, also that all the rooms are used regularly. The garden is level and relatively low maintenance with patio area and splash pool, which the children have enjoyed year in year out.
Upstairs the home continues to impress with all five bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. The current owners have the family all residing on the first floor leaving the top floor as a bonus room. Over the years this room has been fantastic for kids parties and sleepovers!
The annex has its own entrance and would be great for anyone with older children, a live in family member or it could provide a second income by renting it out. This annex also has access directly into the main house and could with relative ease be made an integral part of the house.

As a family home this property has been great, our children have been to school and college from here. With the way the house is designed now it is great for parties, we have been known at times to have dinner parties out in the orangery for up to 20 people! We also run our own business and this house has a room which is great as a study as it is at the other end of the house to the living space. It’s been great that the children have been able to walk to town rather than us having to be a taxi service!
