"Tucked away in a private road, hidden from view this bright and spacious townhouse is a real gem!

The accommodation is flexible and can suit a variety of needs. The large open plan living space is on the first floor and there is a statement picture window looking out over the lovely gardens to the rear. The owner has replaced the kitchen in the last few years and it is now a modern, inviting space with all mod cons – built in appliances and a clever storage solution for your ironing board! The sizeable hallway provides ample storage for coats and shoes and as with the rest of the house is bright and airy.

On the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both of which have their own en-suite’s – pure luxury! The downstairs bedroom / study leads out onto the garden and there is also a useful cloakroom which saves having to run up and down the stairs when enjoying time out in the pretty communal gardens.

This property also benefits from a driveway and garage, which being so close to town is an added bonus.

I was attracted to the house because it was so full of light and offered me the right amount of space. It is so convenient for walking into Reigate to socialise, great for a meal out as there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. I am also a regular commuter by train to London so being able to walk to Reigate and Redhill stations is wonderful as I have a choice of fast trains to save time. At Hillbrow I have always felt safe and secure and there is a good community spirit with the neighbours. Having a communal garden also gives me the best of both worlds, as I get all the pleasure of having a big garden, but none of the hassle in looking after it!
