"A beautifully presented detached family home built in 2011 by CALA Homes. The substantial property extends to 3663 sq. ft. and forms part of an exclusive development of 10 similar homes, located in a private close opposite Wray Common.
The vendors have owned the property since new and have made a number of improvements to the property which includes, redecoration, a replacement kitchen in 2016 and new windows throughout.
