"Marcus and Gayle moved here to this 4 DOUBLE bedroom staggered semi 5 years ago from Bromley as Redhill is the ideal location for them. With parents in both Wales and Devon, the M25 is essential for these guys.
Coupled with the fact that Marcus works in London Bridge and the mainline station here gets him to work in half an hour without the London price tag.... ‘Perfect property’ sprung to mind from their very first viewing!
The space here has proven to be a god send for this family, with Gayle working from home most days, the study at the front of the house means they do not need to use a bedroom upstairs, therefore they have a spare double bedroom which is great for when people come to stay, and with two bathrooms, Marcus and Gayle’s en-suite is their own private space.
The light and airy lounge and well planned kitchen overlook the garden, great for keeping an eye on the kids throughout these warm summer days.
The formal dining room is ideal for family get-togethers but offers versatile living, and could be your child’s play room.
There is also a downstairs WC which is well needed for a house of this size!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed living in our light, bright family home for the last five years and will be sad to leave.
Its practical layout has provided all we’ve needed to grow as a family.
The sunny rear garden is a good size and is a safe and secure place for children to play. We’ve enjoyed many G&T’s whilst sitting on the patio as the sun goes down enjoying the view.
The location has proved a bonus. We’re walking distance to the local primary and secondary schools, Redhill town itself, and equidistant to both Merstham and Redhill train stations. Additionally the 405 bus stops are just up the road.
