Whilst work has dictated my stay here, the time I have spent here has been both, an enjoyable and enriched experience.
The flat itself I have re-done from top to bottom and last year’s snow aside the venture was a very enjoyable one, with the benefits, I’d like to think, clear to see.
From my daily commute to London to learning the wonders of cooking, and to a lesser extent cleaning! This flat has provided a great platform.
It is not going to be easy to leave, like your first car you get very attached to these things, but whether it is an investment or first family home it has all the potential to be what you want and more.
