"Situated in one of Redhill s most popular residential roads is this two bedroom Victorian semi-detached home. This particular house is more than meets the eye, as you enter through the front door you are instantly amazed by the original period features, with exposed wooden floorboards and new hard flooring leading from your kitchen to the conservatory. The cosy living room at the front of the house is both spacious and inviting with its large bay window, this really is a room you can unwind and relax in in front of the telly after a hard day s work. A great feature includes the handmade shelving built either side of the chimney breast.

For any budding chef the open plan dining room and kitchen is the perfect place to entertain guests so you can continue to host while you are cooking the dinner. Leading from your kitchen you have a fabulous conservatory flooded from floor to ceiling with light and looking out on the garden. The ideal place to unwind in the summer months with the patio doors wide open while you have your breakfast and read the paper.
As you go to retire upstairs you have two generous sized bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a three-piece white bathroom suite and new luxury shower above the bath.

For those of you that work long hours you no longer need to worry about gardening as the garden is easy to maintain with a decking area leading from the double doors to the lawned area. A place to also enjoy a summers barbecue and a glass of bubbles. The current owners escape to their very own office at the back of the garden, so if you work from home this could be the ideal retreat.

Just down the road you have a handy corner shop to get your necessities however if it is more than a loaf of bread and milk you need then just a short walk away is Redhill town centre where you can get anything from your weekly food shop at M&S to spoiling yourself in the retail shops. Redhill s mainline train station can also take you into London in under 30 minutes.

I like it because just a short stroll to the station you can be up to the glitz and glamour of the west end in no time at all, enjoying its array of shows, top restaurants or just for a quick cocktail. Safe in the knowledge you can return to your quiet and friendly community once London has tired you out.

Another great feature... rare for a house in this road, is the conservatory! What a great additional space for entertaining your friends and family!! We came as a young couple in our first house, looking to socialise and have easy access to London. We're leaving, 11 years later, with two children, a cat, and more Lego than seems feasible. Sunny in the summer, cosy in the winter, we'll miss our lovely life on Osborne Rd."
