"This beautiful semi-detached Victorian house is situated in one of Redhill s most sought after residential roads. An area perfect for young professionals and families. This house with its high ceilings and generously sized windows is in a street of similar elegant houses built in an era reliant on natural light.

The cosy living room at the front of the house is both spacious and inviting with its large bay window, this really is a room you can unwind and relax in in front of the telly after a hard day s work. A great feature includes the handsome cast iron fireplace which immediately grabs your attention as you walk in.
The separate dining room is ideal for entertaining family and friends and even has enough space to push the dining table and chairs to one side to make way for a children s play room, keeping the living room a toy free zone! Walking through the double doors you then enter into the modern and newly fitted kitchen with windows looking out into the garden so while you are making lunch you can keep an eye on the children playing outside.

Leading through the patio door and into the garden, this is like something you d see in a magazine, beautiful lawn, patio area to entertain. You ll be the host to all the parties in the summer! You will also notice many other houses along this road have benefited from a loft conversion, many adding in an extra bedroom and even a bathroom. So in the future (STPP) you could always look to do the same thing, making this house your forever home.

A very convenient location to be within walking distance to Redhill s fantastic train station with excellent transport in and out of London, Gatwick and Brighton. Redhill town centre has all your essential shopping needs, however if you do run out of milk one morning, don t worry, the local corner shop is always in stock and only a few seconds walk away.

To me this area of Redhill is the most reminiscent of the streets expected to be seen in the period streets of London. I particularly like the tastefully the various styles of period architecture, they don't build them like this anymore. This house offers the perfect family home for those professionals wanting both character and convenience. In the time that I have lived here this has been the perfect home for me. When I first started looking for a property I was really struggling to find what I wanted until I finally came across this area and with its period character.

The location has been ideal, perfect for the Station and the same for St Bedes school with the cut through from Alpine Road making it a very easy walk. I have now decided to buy a house with my partner and hope the new owners are as happy here as I have been.'"
