"Knowing that you can walk into a house that has been virtually untouched for years and really bring it to life, decorating every room and altering the gardens to give a welcoming approach the minute you step through the gate, gives you a real satisfying feeling.
But knowing this has all been done for you so you don’t have to lift a finger, freeing up your spare time and weekends, strolling through some of Surrey’s most beautiful countryside is even more satisfying!
No expense has been spared here! From hardwood flooring flowing through the downstairs to the well-designed decking in the garden, ideal for relaxing with the family and admiring the views.
They’re even better from the beautiful bay windows that encircle the bedrooms. Oozing natural light throughout the whole house giving you that warm homely feel.
Entertain guests in the dining room without disturbing the others watching TV in the lounge. If hobbies are your thing, the detached garage at the back is a god send and for those of you with expensive cars there is also extra parking to the rear accessed through security gates.
Ideal for families, the schools here are just moments away and for those of you looking to commute, the train station is just down the hill, getting you into the bright lights of London in less than half an hour. Why not take a wander into town, where you’ll find everything you need for your everyday needs and don’t forget to make the most of the coast as Brighton by car is less than 45 minutes away!

What the Owner says:

After spending three years in a flat in Earlswood we decided to start a family and buy a real family home. Having a flat was ok, but we wanted a safe garden for children to play in and something that was big enough for our dogs too.

Our relatives are local so we wanted to stay in the area and we had to be close to the train station for work.

This house needed everything doing to it, but the minute we walked in we knew this was the house for us. The views are lovely and the garage to the rear with extra parking has been a real bonus for us.
