"This delightful semi-detached family home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a short walk away from Redhill town centre.

As you pull onto the shingled driveway you will notice there is enough parking for at least two cars. Walking through the front door you enter into the porch with ample space to store your shoes and coats before you step inside the house.

As you make your way inside you can clearly see how well the current owners have cared for this beautiful home, which they have completely refurbished. To your left you have a handy downstairs shower room and a utility room with access to the side entrance outside, ideal for muddy boots and paws.

The living room has a charming bay window which floods the room with light and a feature slot in log burner, perfect for those crisp winter evenings.

The kitchen/dining room is truly spectacular with a large atrium window with tinted glass above the dining room table showering the room with light. This is also ideal if you have children attending The Warwick School as this makes their walk to school even shorter! We originally bought this home as a project and have completely refurbished it from top to bottom! We will be sad to leave this home as well as our neighbours who we have become very friendly with over the past years. The neighbours to the left of us have recently bought their house and will be doing some improvements on the property, they are going to be knocking down the old garage and putting up a little picket fence in its place, they will then be building the new garage further back. This will make the room at the front of our house feel more spacious and open!"
