A four bedroom detached family home situated in the heart of Merstham village, ideally located for the train station and local amenities. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac just off of the London Road and is within 0.2 miles of Merstham train station, making it an ideal position for commuters. As you enter the house you find yourself in a spacious entrance hall with access to a cloakroom, leading off the hall is a front to back sitting room with wood floors and a fire place and access onto the rear garden. There is also a modern kitchen breakfast room with access to a utility area and a formal dining room completes the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs there are four generously proportioned bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes and the master of which has an en suite shower room with a walk in double shower.
