"The minute you drive into South Nutfield you feel a real sense of community here.
This beautiful homely chalet bungalow offers that secluded and quiet life, most of us could only wish for.
It is the last house in the corner of the close, having been completely renovated from a single storey bungalow to this fabulous, light and airy chalet. No expense has been spared, the design and the layout has been carefully planned and is ideal for both the young or elderly as there are bedrooms on both floors.
The three en-suites here mean there’s one for every bedroom, brilliant for when guests come to stay.
The living area is at the back of the house taking advantage of the beautiful garden - and the sun room is huge! It stretches across the back, ideal for entertaining with a glass of wine to unwind and watch the stars.
The garden itself really is a haven for wildlife lovers, with separate seating sections, depending on your mood. The view over a stud farm at the back of the garden is offering a tranquil setting, and you can sit and watch the horses for hours on those warm sunny afternoons, a must after a hard day’s work.
The garage is a huge compliment to the drive, already big enough for several cars!
The Village itself offers the feeling of living in the beautiful countryside and with lovely people! With great access routes to London, Gatwick or Brighton via the M25 just a short distance away.

What the Owner says:

When we came to South Nutfield, we moved into what seemed a rather unloved bungalow. We set about modernising and extending the property to what it is today. We included all the features that we could to make it a comfortable and easily managed home to live in.

However, our circumstances have changed and we feel it is time to move on for our retirement.

South Nutfield is a very friendly community to live in with good neighbours and plenty of local amenities. We hope that the new owners will come to love our home and village as we do.
