Westbury House is located on the highly favoured Icehouse Wood, one of Oxted's most sought after residential addresses on the south side of Oxted. It is conveniently located within walking distance of both Oxted and Hurst Green stations both serving London Bridge and Victoria. Oxted's thriving town centre is within approximately a mile with its range of educational, recreational and comprehensive shopping facilities. The M25 motorway is easily accessed via junction 6 with good connections to Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted airports, the Channel Tunnel and Ebbsfleet International stations.

Westbury House forms the principal wing of a substantial residence believed to have been built just after the arrival of the railway to Oxted in 1885. On inspection the house has a very grand and gracious feel. Nowhere is this more evident than in the half panelled and galleried dining hall. Here a 30 ft ceiling and high stone mullioned windows convey something of the Gothic mansion.

Directions:
From Junction 6 of the M25 motorway follow the A25 in an easterly direction towards Oxted and Westerham. After passing Old Oxted village continue through the first set of traffic lights and under a viaduct then turn right into Rockfield Road. At the top of the hill turn right into Icehouse Wood where Westbury House can be found after a short distance along on the left hand side.
