*** Vendors comments *** "e; We have been living here for 17 years since our youngest was two years old. It has been where all her best times and memories of fun times, family occasions and birthday parties will be remembered.

We immediately fell in love with the spacious feel and the abundance of natural light that this home has to offer due to the open plan design and conservatory. With my love of cooking, the kitchen has always been the heart of the house for us and the recently installed kitchen gives us just that. We also love spending time in our conservatory and the garden which adds extra living space to the house. It’s very rare to find a garden that is so private and hardly overlooked, so this beautiful mature garden was the cherry on the cake for us.

If you are a lover of nature, outdoor life, and a relaxed environment then this garden will be perfect for you…. We have resident and visiting wildlife that have been living and nesting in our garden for over four years now. We love watching the hustle of them feeding their hatchlings. Our mature garden is a sight to behold in spring when all the gorgeous flowers and shrubs are in full bloom and a fantastic place to spend a summer evening. In fact, we use it all year round.

Upstairs we have two lovely large bedrooms, a family bathroom fully tiled with a bath and shower and a single bedroom. One of the other key things we love about this house is the ample storage it has to offer with built-in wall-to-ceiling wardrobes in the main bedroom and if that’s not enough, there is also access to the loft which has electricity and a boarded floor, so again a great plus in terms of extra storage or the opportunity to extend and add in an extra bedroom and bathroom. An extra bonus is a summerhouse that was installed just over two years ago when we redesigned the garden just before the lockdown.

We have been very happy in our home and have loved living here. We had planned to stay on in Mitcham for a good many more years, especially with all the exciting development happening in and around the surrounding area but since all our family have moved further afield, we have decided to go and join them."e;
