"This substantial detached family home which is situated on the favoured south side of Leatherhead extends to over 3,950 sq.ft. providing for generous sized rooms over its two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious reception hall with a tiled floor with a balustraded oak staircase leading off to the Landing. On the ground floor there are four spacious reception rooms with the large being the drawing room being some whilst the study which is the smallest is 16' x 10'10. The kitchen/breakfast room is well appointed with tiled floors, range of oak base cabinets with matching eye level units with granite working surfaces and an array of integrated appliances. On the first floor there is a spacious staircase enclosed balustraded landing off which are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master bedroom is some 31'7 x 14'7 and is served by an en suite dressing room and bathroom. Features include UPVC double glazed windows, internally oak finished doors, gas fired heating via radiators and downlighters to the majority of the rooms. Externally there is a detached triple garage with three separate electrically operated up and over doors, a detached brick built boiler room and garden store. To the front, the property is approached through electrically operated remote controlled gates with a sweeping driveway leading up to the garaging and front door providing for ample visitor parking. The front garden is enclosed by a low brick wall whilst the rear garden itself extends to a depth of approximately 125' whilst the whole plot is approximately 0.8 acres with a south easterly aspect."
