"This sensational, character house is superbly located in Leatherhead town centre. A beautifully presented, character house is a rare find in the town, especially within such easy reach of the mainline station. This property has excellent interior accommodation and the added benefit of a 'wow factor' garden which is both sunny and private.
This period semi enjoys a small entrance porch which enters into a formal, front room. This room has been tastefully decorated and enjoys a wealth of period style features including cornices, glazed Victorian style doors and period style double glazed windows.
There is an elegant dining room with hard wood doors and integrated storage. There are also double doors opening onto the sunny, rear garden and breakfast area.
There is a sizeable kitchen, with a reception space which is currently used as a study area.
Up the wide staircase, there are 2 double bedrooms, both have plenty of space for large beds and free standing storage.
There is a separate, traditional style bathroom with a neutral suite and pleasant views over the rear garden. This has been a wonderful home for me for the last 15 years. When I first viewed the house I was immediately stuck by the good sized rooms and high ceilings. However, it was the garden that really sold the property to me. The garden is always sunny and private and it is the ideal place for entertaining. There are a variety of mature shrubs so there is always something pleasing to smell or look at.
The location is ideal as I can walk to Leatherhead town centre in 3 minutes and drive to Epsom in 8 minutes!
