We have been happy living in our house for many years. A few of the reasons are being close to the station, a very pleasant 20 minute walk into the town centre and within walking distance to good schools. The road is very quiet, with no access or cut through. This small estate is, in our opinion, one of the prettiest locations around Leatherhead. Many of our neighbours have lived in these houses from new.
