"The property is A SPACIOUS FAMILY HOUSE which was built in the mid-1960's and is situated in a lovely semi-rural location close to local amenities. It is worth noting that this property offers obvious extension potential, subject to normal Planning Consent being obtained and enjoys a good size side and rear gardens with a secluded wooded backdrop. Internally the property offers spacious well designed family accommodation comprising a large useful Entrance Lobby leading to the main Reception Hall and Cloakroom. There is a very spacious double aspect L-shaped Lounge/Dining Room, Kitchen and a separate Utility Room which was added in 1999. On the first floor there is a very large main bedroom with easily enough space to create an en-suite bathroom if required plus three further bedrooms, two of which are doubles and a good size single together with a family bathroom and a large loft which is accessed via a foldaway loft ladder, boarded down the centre, insulated and lit. In addition the property benefits from double glazing throughout, gas fired central heating (the boiler was replaced in 2009), upvc soffits and bargeboards, a single garage and off street parking for approximately 2/3 vehicles.
