"For those looking for a substantial family home this will not fail to impress, being constructed some 5 years ago and having been maintained to show house condition by the current owners. There is an excellent sized entrance hall with good storage, oak flooring and a well fitted cloakroom. The drawing room is triple aspect with a feature Inglenook fireplace and attractive bay window with views to the front aspect. There are double doors leading through to the dining room which in turn has further double doors leading onto the rear terrace. The study also enjoys views over the rear garden. The main hub of the ground floor accommodation is the stunning kitchen/breakfast/family room, having 3 very distinct areas and enjoying views over and access to the rear garden.
