"A three bedroom semi-detached town house within a short walk of local shops, with no onward chain, situated in the village of Effingham.

DETAILS Located in the centre of the village near local amenities, this three storey town house is within the catchment area of the highly regarded Howard of Effingham secondary school. On the ground floor there is a large hallway with tiled floor and storage area with stairs leading to the first floor. To the front the good sized sitting room, is double glazed and has a built in corner storage cupboard with shelving. The galley kitchen has fitted electric oven and gas hob and plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge. The partly glazed door leads on to the rear terrace with its raised bed and corner decked area. The family bathroom has a white suite including bath with shower over and a chrome heated towel rail and a cupboard which houses the gas boiler. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all being double glazed with the main bedroom having a modern shower en-suite with tiled floor and heated towel rail.
