This lovely 3 bedroom, end of terrace cottage is centrally located for kingston town centre, the university and hospital. It has a modern stylish kitchen & 3 large double bedrooms (2 on the first floor, one on the ground floor to the front of the property.

The house has:
- large communal areas with a relatively new kitchen fitted just 5 years ago (integrated appliances include dishwasher and fridge freezer and there this is a washing machine), 
- a good sized separate lounge with laminated flooring throughout the ground floor and carpeted stairs and first floor,
- a recently decorated clean, tidy bathroom 
- a large, private BBQ friendly garden to the rear for those long summer evenings.
- only 5-10 mins walk from Kingston town centre

There is space to park one car at the front of the property and plenty of on street permit parking.

Ideally situated in central Kingston, the location is perfect for commuting to London Waterloo with regular train services from Kingston or for easy access to the university and hospital. Kingston is great for shopping, socializing or just a quiet drink at one of the many riverside bars.

Would ideally suit a family or three students looking for a houseshare.
