"Set in a highly requested and rarely available cul-de-sac location in the Meath Green area of Horley.

Described by many as the “Tardis” of the close, having over the years commissioned a conservatory, kitchen and loft extension. This now means, three double bedrooms, the master with an en-suite upstairs, a fabulous kitchen connected to the breakfast/dining room, which could be opened up further to create one large space, which would be a fabulous “come dine with me” kitchen. The conservatory is accessed via the kitchen which is double glazed with a door to the rear garden. A generous rear garden with a large proportioned laid to lawn with trees and shrub boarders.


To the front a garage with up and over door with a driveway for 2 to 3 cars. Wickham close is located off Vicarage Lane, which is on the bus route. Horley train station connects you to London Gatwick and Brighton all under one hour.

We love the bungalow, and the location which is why we have extended and lived here for 20 odd years. We have seen our two sons grow up here proving the size is enough for a family of four. When they were younger they were on their bikes in the small cul-de-sac with no accidents to report. We hope you enjoy it here as much as we have over the years.
