"Located within a quiet cul de sac location and offering easy access to schools and transport ; this property is the ideal family home. The present owners have maintained the property to a very high standard throughout.

As you enter the property the covered porch leads into the hallway with doors to both the living room and dining area. The living room stretches from the front to rear with a large window to the front and French doors that lead to the garden flooding the room with light. What was the kitchen has now been opened up into the living room and turned into a spacious dining area. The extension to the rear houses the kitchen that has 2 windows overlooking the rear garden and has been fitted with an attractive range of wall and base units and topped with roll top work surfaces.
