The bathroom has also been updated, as well as the property being re-decorated providing a light and airy feel.

20 or so years ago we did apply for planning permission for the double storey extension, which was granted. However, the property is a good size as it is and the space we have has always been sufficient.

We found the location extremely convenient for the M23/M25 and trains to London. The neighbourhood is very friendly and we have enjoyed many years living here. Now we are retired it is time for someone else to enjoy the property as much as we have.
