"This well presented and individually laid out family home can only surprise you when you come to view it. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac the property is tucked away, but is still convenient for Horley town centre and its transport links.

Open the lounge door and you can only be impressed by the unexpected size of the lounge/dinning room area. The dinning room is situated in the conservatory, which with under floor heating is a real all year round room. Overlooking a pretty and secluded rear garden, you can really relax and take it easy after a hard day at the office. When we first saw our home we instantly liked the cul-de-sac location and the fact the property was situated at the back. We loved the fact that when you open the lounge door you are surprised by the open plan living space with our lounge area opening into the conservatory which with the under floor heating is lovely in the winter. We love the garden as it is secluded and can be easily maintained. Our home’s new owners will appreciate very quickly how quiet the area is, but also how convenient the location is.
