JamesDean are extremely pleased to be offering this very well presented three bedroom detached house located in a private cul-de-sac in the very popular and sought after Meath Green area of Horley. Having been updated by the current owner the property is an ideal family home with all the necessary space that a growing family needs. The ground floor has a downstairs cloakroom, which is off the hallway and that leads to the living room which has a huge double glazed window, from the living room you walk into the lovely kitchen / diner that has space for a good size dining table. The kitchen is fitted and has built in washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven and hob. Ample work surface so that preparation is easily taken care of. From the kitchen there are double opening double glazed doors that lead straight into the conservatory, with the doors open you really feel the benefit of the space that is on offer and as the conservatory is heated and all double glazed the use of this room becomes limitless. There is access to the rear garden from the conservatory straight onto the rear patio area. Upstairs is well organized as the main bedroom has floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and is great size, the second and third bedrooms are also good sizes and are to the rear, the family bathroom has the usual suite that includes a panel enclosed bath with shower, low level W/C and pedestal wash hand basin with chrome wall mounted radiator. The outside is as impressive as the inside and also is a pleasant surprise, as previously mentioned there is a rear patio area that is a great size and has ample space for the ever popular trampoline and garden furniture, along with at least two car parking spaces in the rear garden that lead to the garage. The rest of the garden is grassed and is impressive and in keeping with the rest of the house is a little deceptive. To the front of the house there is a driveway that has parking for another two cars at least and a lawned area, double gates separate the front and rear gardens and give a very presentable look to what is a very nice house."
