"A superb family home in a fantastic location!

This four bedroom detached home offers great living accommodation, built late on in the Langshott development, around 1985/86, this property has an open fireplace in the large lounge, ideal for those cold winter family nights in. The open plan kitchen/diner offer a perfect entertaining room which is opens up into the garden with the double patio doors.

The upstairs continues to offer the great accommodation this property has, the bathroom was re-fitted in 2007 and just finishes off this property as the ideal family home.

Outside you have a good sized patio area, ideal for those famous British barbecues. The garden itself is mostly laid to lawn and well maintained, it is also secluded with side access out to the garage and parking. With the main bus route about 50 yards away, you are also only a short walk into the town and train station, on top of this you have parking for 2 cars and a garage.
