Well, set on one of Horley’s most popular developments, Hurstland Park brings you this gorgeous four bedroom detached.

The house is well proportioned over two floors, a spacious and bright living room, the dual aspect kitchen/ breakfast room is modern, bright and allows space for the breakfast table, perfect if you have young children. Some houses on the estate have removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room to make a huge room, this would attract the WOW factor. The other bonus to the downstairs layout is the integral garage, convenience springs to mind, drive into the garage and walk into the house.

Upstairs does not disappoint either with four good bedroom sizes. The master bedroom has light flooding in from three windows, a lovely room to feel relaxed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

I bought this from new about 11 years ago now. I had the choice of 3 different styles of four bedroom houses, this is the middle sized house. This suited me a lot more with large bedroom sizes, a lovely light lounge yet with a good sized garden.

I have worked hard to look after the house, and over the years redecorated, replaced flooring and various other bits. It is not very old so not much has needed to be done.
