"Entering the property via a covered entrance porch this leads into the inner hallway with doors to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, airing cupboard, two bedrooms and dining area. There is a solid wood front door and parquet flooring through to the living room which is situated to the front of the property and has a brick built fireplace with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is located to the rear of the property and has been fitted out with an attractive range of Shaker style wall and base units topped with roll top work surfaces. There is a double width Range master gas cooker with cooker hood over and space for a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The utility room opens off the kitchen and, again, has wall and base units for storage together with space for a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a chest freezer if required. There is access to the rear garden from here. The master bedroom is L shaped with French doors that overlook the rear garden. There is a further single bedroom over looking the front of the property with a built in wardrobe.The family bathroom has been fitted with a white suite including a Jacuzzi bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin, W.C. and a chrome heated towel rail. The dining area is situated to the front of the property and has stairs that lead to the bedroom on the first floor.
