"We are extremely pleased to bring to the market this three bedroom semi detached house situated in ideal location for the train station and the town centre. Having been well maintained by the current owners and recently improved the property will suit all buyers. The property has to the ground floor a downstairs cloakroom off the hallway that also has a storage cupboard, this leads nicely into the fitted kitchen that has space for the fridge, washing machine, and built in gas oven and hob with extractor above. There is also ample storage space along a work surface space. A door to the rear garden gives access to the garage and workshop. The living room is great size and has plenty of space for a dining table; the conservatory is added bonus and has access to the rear garden. The first floor landing is nice and open and has leads to all three double bedrooms, and the family bathroom with bath, shower, and pedestal wash hand basin and low level wc.the property is double glazed and distributed via radiators. Outside is where the house really comes in to its own with 130ft of rear garden that is split by a patio area and the rest is laid to lawn and fenced on both sides and the rear.
